Payment

A minimum order value of £150 applies to all purchases. VAT and shipping charges will be calculated and added at checkout where applicable. Payments can be made securely at checkout via Shopify’s supported payment providers, including major debit and credit cards, as well as other available methods depending on your location. We also accept payment via bank transfer; details will be provided at checkout where applicable. Please note that all orders are processed and prepared for dispatch only once full payment has been successfully received and cleared. Shipping

From time to time, LOOMWORKS LTD offers shipping promotions, including free UK shipping above a specified spend threshold (currently free over £400). Standard UK shipping is charged at a flat rate of £20 with an estimated delivery time of 3–5 working days. Custom shipping rates are available for European and international orders upon request. Returns

We offer a 35-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at sales@loomworks.co.uk; if approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions—items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue. Returns are not accepted for used or washed items, sale items, or gift cards. For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
