Payment

A minimum order value of £150 applies to all purchases. VAT and shipping charges will be calculated and added at checkout where applicable. Returns

We offer a 35-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at sales@loomworks.co.uk; if approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions—items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue. Returns are not accepted for used or washed items, sale items, or gift cards. For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once the return is approved. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection, though processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
